How do I buy?

Just browse the website and click add to basket if you want to buy. You can carry on shopping until you are ready to checkout, and then click on the shopping basket at the top of the page when you are ready to checkout.

Where can you deliver to ?

For online orders I deliver to the UK including the mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man the Highlands and the Islands.

For overseas buyers, I will calculate the best shipping rate for your destination and let you know the total cost before reserving your item for you and arranging payment & postage.

How can I pay ?

I accept payment by Paypal. You do not need an account to pay and Rural Retro never has access to or stores your payment information. If you have a paypal account the delivery address must match your billing address.

For overseas buyers, I will advise you of the total price including shipping and invoice you via paypal if you wish to purchase.

How are my items delivered ?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail signed for delivery. For more information see my delivery & postage page.

How are my items packaged ?

Smaller items are normally packaged in jiffy bags, larger parcels may be sent in boxes. I always use recycled packaging where ever possible to save you money on postage costs.

Can I cancel my order ?

Yes, if you would like to cancel your order please inform me within 14 days of receiving your order. I will refund all costs but you are responsible for return postage. For more information see my delivery & postage page or my terms & conditions.

What happens if my item is damaged ?

In the event of your order being damaged please contact me as soon as possible and I will either refund or exchange the items.

Can I collect my purchase in person?

If you live in Shropshire, or are visiting friends and relatives, get in touch before making a purchase and I am happy to come to a suitable arrangement for collection where possible.
